High West in Wanship is the only place in Utah that can serve a full flight. Some, like the bloody mary, use High West’s vodka or unaged Silver whiskey. It is the first whisky distillery in Utah since 1870. They are expertly crafted to complement the spirit’s flavor profile without masking it.
